CCP is getting ready for the big Mexico trip.
@ 04:30 (morning) the bus leaves from CCP HQ to Keflavik.
From there we get our own plane all the way to sunny MExico if the volcano and weather gods permit. Keflavik was closed today, so everybody is waiting with anticipation for good news.
hopefully everything will proceed as scheduled and we will have 500 CCP'ers together in an amazing resort in Mexico, with free bar for 4 days :)
Expect pictures to follow.....

More volcano links
It is really strange to be on the "good" side of the volcanic eruption. Reykjavik has sun and blue sky and all air traffic to USA is going ahead without any impact.
It is fascinating but also really humbling to be so close to one of the most powerful forces of nature.
Ash cloud drifting towards Europe.

Last day of the Easter vacation
Last day of the vacation today, but what a brilliant Easter this has been.
Thomas flew home to Denmark early this morning at 0700, so we got up at 0400, at that time Reykjavik was still busy partying. We didnøt get to see Mount Ejsa, even thought the weather has been sunny most of the time, it has been cold and we had 2 days of rapidly changing conditions, inclusive snow. Friday we had: sun, horizontal snow, fluffy snow, overcast...
But we still managed to do a lot.
